Fragment of image L θ. The pixel brightness is proportional to the angular values calculated in accordance with Cartesian coordinates. Each pixel contains information about the inclination angle of the tangent to the vessel at the given point. The presented results are the basis for further analysis. The separation of pixels to be taken into account will be carried out together with the information provided in Figure 5.
